LionShare Cowork, Jacksonville’s newest Coworking space, has scheduled it's official Grand Opening Event for July 10th, 2017 from 4pm-8pm. They are located at 14333 Beach Blvd, Suite 33 with over 9000 sq ft, just minutes from the beach.
LionShare's Grand Opening will include an official JaxChamber ribbon cutting, tons of food and beverage, door prizes and some live entertainment. LionShare is inviting any and all that own a small business in Jacksonville to participate in this social networking event.
LionShare offers shared and dedicated desk space, offices, conference rooms and a large business lounge that can host up to 50 people. Designed around the modern needs of today’s entrepreneurs and remote workers, LionShare Cowork combines a casual but beautifully appointed work environment with lightning fast WiFi, tons of business amenities and month to month memberships.
“Our goal is to provide a highly professional and contemporary alternative to executives, startups and freelancers who need the privacy and amenities a coffee shop can’t provide,” said LionShare Cowork owner, Mike Januzzi. LionShare officially opened their doors January of 2017 and have been paying close attention to the needs of their members in the Beaches commercial space arena.
"We have made some layout changes to better suit the demand of our clients, Januzzi said. We originally anticipated more part time customers who would want temporary space, however within a few months of opening, our office space and dedicated desks are 90% occupied. "We converted some shared space to dedicated desks and altered the layout to incorporate more space to meet our clients needs."
