I would like to rent an office space, what are the contract terms?

Accepted Answer

All of our memberships are month to month.  We do not offer long term contracts (unless you want one!). Just provide us 30 days notice prior to the 1st of the month of your next billing cycle and you may cancel your membership. If you would like to exit earlier and we are able to fill your spot, we will gladly refund you the difference. Turn over at LionShare Cowork  is less then 5% a month.

Question 2

Do you require a deposit on any of your resident or monthly memberships?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not require one.  However, if you require off hours access and you lose your access card, it's gonna cost you $25.00 to replace it.

Question 3

Do the Offices or WorkDens come with Wifi, furniture and computers? Are their any utility costs?

Accepted Answer

All offices and WorkDens have access to both of our WIFI and gigabit wired ethernet networks. We have redundant networks with Verizon Business and Comcast Business. . All offices are furnished with desks and comfy computer chairs, however you are responsible for your own decorating flair. We do not provide computers or monitors to office residents, however we do loan out 20" monitors. You are responsible for your own specific connecting cables.

Question 4

What amenities do I have access too as  a resident member?

Accepted Answer

All offices are allocated meeting room hour credits depending on the size. If you don't use them, you lose them. Off hours access  to LionShare is allowed. bottomless coffee, and a Virtual Office business membership is included. We will accept mail for you on behalf of your company and personally. (Just need a postal 1593 form on file)

Question 5

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership between billing cycles?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We want your business to thrive.  If you need to add more team members, or if your plans pivot, you can always change types, style or size of your office. Of course based on availability.

Question 6

How many people can I have on my account to work from my monthly office?

Accepted Answer

All offices have a static amount of members allowed. If you want more than the allocated allotment, additional membership fees are required. We can't have 10 people in an office for 4. These other 6 people are using amenities and space that is unaccounted for.  Please see the LionShare concierge for more information.
