What Happens Next?

How to finalize your USPS Form 1583

Option A: Notarize in person
You may complete notarization when you visit our location for the first time
This can be done when you come to collect mail
No need to visit a notary beforehand

Option B: Notarize remotely
We will email you a pre-filled USPS Form 1583
Review, sign, and have it notarized
Email the completed form back to us or bring it in person

If you notice any errors on the pre-filled form, simply email us and we’ll correct it for you before notarization.

Your account cannot be fully activated until we receive a signed and notarized Form 1583
Mail handling will begin only after compliance is complete
