Michael Januzzi

Michael Januzzi is the visionary behind LionShare Cowork, the first coworking space in the U.S. designed from reengineering shipping containers. With a background in operations, telecommunications, and business development, he has grown LionShare into a thriving community of over 1,500 members. Michael’s passion for innovation and entrepreneurship extends beyond coworking—he is also the founder of CommonCards.org, a nonprofit supporting children through sports and trading card donations. His leadership and creativity continue to shape LionShare’s expansion, which will include new locations, and new concepts including LionShare CoworkRx , flexible medical spaces for modern healthcare professionals and LionShare Cowork Kids, creative learning spaces for our future innovators.

Keely O'Neill

If you’ve been to LionShare, chances are we’ve already crossed paths—whether I was giving a tour, setting up for an event, or just making sure everything is running smoothly. I love creating a space where entrepreneurs, remote workers, and teams can feel productive and connected. 

A little about me: I have a background in business management and I’m passionate about bringing people together. When I’m not at LionShare, you can probably catch me walking a nature trail or hanging out at the beach.

Kenneth Huffman

Hello, Im Kenny the Technical Operations Manager, overseeing every technical facet of our business—from vetting and beta testing software to fixing bugs, integrating systems, and maintaining our website. I'm a Navy veteran, having spent four years in Japan before my final tour in Jacksonville, and after my service, I earned a dual degree in Physics and Engineering from Jacksonville University over five years. Covid shifted my life's path, leading me to meet Mike at the original LionShare Cowork location, where a friendship sparked and I was invited to help build the next one. When I'm not managing operations, I enjoy hiking nature trails, capturing moments through photography at historic sites, and even designing a flight simulator—because if you have an engineering degree you don't use professionally, why not put it to creative use?

Hadlee & Kelsey

Hadlee:  Currently in my last semester of college majoring in Communications with a minor in Leadership. I’m originally from Colorado and came to Jacksonville to play softball at UNF. I’ve loved my time here but I do plan on going back home after season to start whatever career path life throws at me

Kelsey: I am from Sarasota, Florida and currently in my third year at UNF. I am majoring in Business Management hoping to pursue a career in Medical Sales after school. I am loving my time at UNF and excited for the future!

George

You will see George around the office from time to time! George is our go-to when we need to talk to someone about our emotions and what not. He also takes customer complaints. He's not the best at resolving them but you can tell him anything you want and he will listen to it all.
