Our virtual mailbox is a great way to send / receive mail with ease and convenience. If you’re more of the hands-on type who likes to open their mail personally, we’ve got a mailbox for you. If you hate opening your own mail and want someone to do it for you, we’ve got a virtual mailbox for you, too. Either way, our mailing service grants you a shiny new business address that can be used both online and offline.

Many startups and business owners use their home address as the fastest way to get a business going because the startup cost is lower. However, there are privacy and credibility concerns when you look at using your home address for your business.

Virtual Mail FAQs

How much does it cost to have my mail forwarded?


You can control the cost by sending us a prepaid shipping label, or by default we will send your mail or package via USPS Priority or First Class mail with tracking. Rates are determined by size and weight.




Can I use my address on Google My Business (GMB)?


No, unfortunately Google has changed their rules. Any company wanting to register their business with GMB, Per the Google My Business guidelines, virtual offices are not allowed unless staffed during the business hours. So at the minimum you must be a resident of our cowork space. Cowork Monthly, Dedicated Desks and Office memberships qualify.




Do you except all carriers?


We accept all carriers, even Amazon deliveries. (But please nothing that requires refrigeration). Put an end to your packages being swiped from your porch!




How long does it take to start using my address?


The moment the plan is paid for, you can begin using the address. However, prior to us receiving your mail, you must complete the US Postal 1593 form. This gives us the ability to sign and receive your mail via federal regulations. The form must be submitted with two forms of ID and be notorized. We do have a resident notary if you need one.




Can I use multiple locations?


Yes, you can use both our Harbour Village location and our Pablo Station location, however, you will need to purchase 2 plans, and if you opt to pick up your mail locally, you will need to go to both locations to do so.
