The Perks of the Private Office 

Our private offices are spacious, customizable, and more than just four walls and a door. Offices at LionShare Cowork are great for freelancers or teams who want privacy and flexibility, with all the benefits of a coworking space. Memberships include extended working hours (we won’t kick you out at 5PM), 10 hours of credits per month to use for meeting rooms, zoom rooms, the podcast studio, and our 55-person auditorium, free printing, and free notary services. Our private offices come with executive style desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, trash bins, lock-and-key entry, beautiful 9 foot sliding glass doors, and plenty of legroom. These offices also come with a business address which we can set up to receive your business mail.

Office Space FAQs

What is the length of contract?

All of our memberships are month to month. Just provide 30 days notice prior to the 1st of the month of your next billing cycle and you can exit. FYI it rarely happens... turn over in all of our facilities is less then 5% a month.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, we do not require one. The only thing we may ask for a deposit for is an access key. Those get pretty expensive to replace.

Is WIFI, furniture and computers included?

All offices have access to both of our WIFI and gigabit wired ethernet networks. You wont find any faster internet access in any of our competitors. All offices are furnished with desks and comfy computer chairs, however you are responsible for your own decorating flair. And finally, No, we do not provide computers, we maybe able to find you a monitor to borrow if you are in a pinch.

What amenities do I get with an office membership?

All offices are allocated 10 meeting room hour credits. If you don't use them, you lose them. Access to our kitchen and bottomless coffee, some locations we offer off hour access, and of course a business address. We will accept mail for you on behalf of your company and personally. (Just need a postal 1593 form completed)

Can I upgrade or downgrade between billing cycles?

Of course! We want your business to thrive. If you need to add more team members, or if your plans pivot, you can always change locations, style or size of your office. Of course based on availability.
