Meeting Rooms
Need a private space to hold an off-site meeting or brainstorming session? We make meeting room rentals a little simpler. Our conference rooms are fully stocked with whiteboards, WiFi, flat screen TVs with presentation capabilities, HDMI cables, and all the outlets you could ask for. With rooms varying in capacity from 2-56 people, all rooms can be reserved online no membership is required. You are welcome to come in and tour our coworking space prior to reservations.
The Boardroom
This boardroom is ready to host your next offsite strategy meeting. It will sit up to 14 team members at the table and up to 6 on the sidelines. It comes wired with a 70" TV for your presentations and tons of white board space. We provide the buffet table, you provide the catered food. Make your important pitch to your potential investors in the LionShare Cowork Harbour Village Boardroom.
The Mane Room
Our "Mane" conference room seats 54 attendees. It was designed as a stadium seating lecture hall, with 2 giant 70" 4k TV's for ultimate presentations. It also has a roving white board, blazing fast WIFI and an abundance of power outlets. We welcome outside catering with no fees attached. This conference room is perfect for large audiences, networking functions, ted/talks, seminars, off-sites and continuing educational classes.
